Angels Care Home Health is an agency that provides Personal Care Assistance (PCA) and Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS).
Our Home and Community-based services (HCBS) waiver program for Minnesotans with more choice in their lives. Each service has specific criteria. Our programs give our clients the flexibility and the alternatives to placing Medicaid-eligible clients in hospitals, nursing facilities or Intermediate Care Facilities for Persons with Development Disabilities (ICFs/DD). Our HCBS waivers targeted to Minnesotans who have specific needs or diagnosis.
Our Care Assistance (PCA) services help with adults and children (clients) living with disabilities in MN. PCA works clients with their day-to-day activities in their home and community. PCA Choice is also another option that allows the recipient to decide which direct care staff will provide the services.
Also, Angels Care recognizes the importance of helping people live where they choose with appropriate services that assure their health and safety.
